Help w/Email - Domain name hosted by Network Solutions


I updated my DNS records in my NS control panel, but my email does not work.

I can not get to webmail or IMAP via iPhone. I beleive I need to update my MX records, but do not know what to put it / do.

I do not have a DH Control Panel yet, I just have email hosting right now.

Since your domain (I’m assuming is not using DreamHost nameservers, you’ll need to manually set up your mail records in the place where your domain’s DNS is managed (looks like Network Solutions). You can find the mail records in the DH web panel when you click “DNS” by the domain – but if you don’t have access to the DH web panel, you’ll need to ask the account holder for those DNS records:
