Help I can't get into my control panel

Every since the big outage the other day I can no longer log onto my control panel. The new website doesn’t let you chat with anyone for tech support or anything it appears… My website and email seem to be working now but can someone please contact me to resolve this!

The on yesterday…

i try that and it says it doesn’t recognize my account… So that is not a help… I did put a contact request in on the form but there is not tech support option… What happened to the live chat option that existing prior to yesterday? I realize that you are probably still recovering but it would be good to have a method besides your forum to get a timely response…


I’m afraid you might be mistaken. I think the outage you are referring to is related to the BlueHost/HostGator/HostMonster incident: is not in our system. Also, according to a WHOIS lookup, it looks like you are hosted/registered elsewhere:

Registrar: DOMAIN.COM, LLC
Name Server: NS1.IPAGE.COM
Name Server: NS2.IPAGE.COM

As I mentioned, your domain is not in our system, but if you can provide an Account ID number, webID, or an email, I can look again to identify your account.
