Hi, just setup an account, paid for it, logged into the web panel, and now cannot get the activation to work right. It calls me, i enter the 4 digit pin and it just hangs up and the page never updates to say it accepted it or that it didnt, it just still says Calling… Is there a number i can call and talk to someone ? As my first half hour as a customer i can say im not real impressed ! Thanks in advance, Josh
Have you gone to DH panel --> Support --> Contact Support?
Sales should be able to help you with this.
