We’re just customers here, so you’d have to ask Sales or Support about this. Of course they care, but then what? They’d like to know, but they’re not going to clean up someone’s mess. 99% of the time, a hacked site is the user’s fault, often due to outdated software, or weak passwords. I can’t see how it’s a provider’s responsibility to fix other people’s mistakes.
As for recovery, it’s really up to you to keep your own backups. There are some backups available here, but they’re provided as a courtesy. Start browsing the wiki for “backups” and such.
