First impression I had was they might be chasing a piece of Amazon’s pie but it looks more like a down-to-basics WebApp model that mums & dads can use straight out of the box. The Django guys will love it.

I wonder how easy it is to use with Dreamhost… Saw alot of Google Apps integrations (docs/calendar/email) with dreamhost already…

Yes Google App Engine requires Python 2.5

Do not install Python 3.0 because it only knows Python 2.5
