FTP problem

#1

530 Sorry, the maximum number of connections (10) for your host are already connected.

I am new user on rothstein server.

Honestly, I am not newbie in using webhosting but
DH control panel is totally fresh for me.

After I uploaded around 4M file it showed the message above.

The middleman told me that it is anti-hack system which is
different from other system.

Few days later, we add another user and then I could connect the FTP.

Yesterday, I uploaded around 150MB file and the message
appreared again. Certainly, I lost all FTP connections(including
webftp provided by your company).

The middleman complained that my setting in Cuteftp is improperly. However, I use the Default setting for hundreds
of webhosting but ever meet this problem. Moreover, I should
connect FTP when I try with your webftp.

Please advise me what i should do now.

I am not heavy user recently but I think DH is quite acceptable except the serious problem I meet.

Rgds

It would appear that either your ftp client is attempting to create multiple connections or perhaps your website software is opening ftp connections and using up your limit.

I always recommend using WinSCP - and connect in SFTP mode.

Thanks!
I will try to use other FTP tools

If the upload connections is exhausted, it should be recovered

when we reset our computer. Why it can not be recovered

automatically?

I can only connect the FTP for several days over one month.

How can I use DH servcice in the future

The connection count is serverside so rebooting your own PC won’t have any effect.

Try SFTP mode, I think that’ll fix your issue
