Forwarding emails to Hotmail addresses

Hi. I have a bunch of forward email from a DreamHost-hosted email account to different emails. In the last month I have had two Hotmail accounts stop working and giving the error:

Could someone please let me know if there is a way around this? Is there a way to format Hotmail to know that these emails are good? Thank you so much!

Send this to Support here. Once in a while, DH mail servers get blacklisted, and that’s what this looks like.
