Hi, I have been with Dreamhost now almost 3 years and have been using the Files Forever system for sales for over a year now. For some reason now it seems impossible to upload new files into the system. The files in the filesforever folder are no longer being read. I get emails like:
Subject: [suphan 22239232] Unable to find any files in /home/supong36/filesforever!
So it is as if the folder is empty, but it is not. Does anyone else noticed this lately?
Of course I already got a support ticket out (just half an hour ago) and am sure it will be solved.
