FAQ systems

Does anyone have any experience/recommendations for FAQ systems. phpMyFAQ seems to be the best choice, but I wanted to check in here first.

Our needs are pretty simple - at minimum we’d want ability to use our colors/branding, be able to review the FAQs being read the most and their rankings for answering the question well.

We don’t anticipate having a customer service org interacting with these.
