I’ve recently installed a third-party PHP script on my site (PHPFileNavigator) to organize/download multiple files. This script has a function where I can select multiple files and download them as a compressed zip. When I try to do that, I get a generic server error. When I look at the error log, it says:
FATAL: erealloc(): Unable to allocate 16983104 bytes
[Thu Dec 28 17:24:58 2006] [error] [client 18.104.22.168] Premature end of script headers: /dh/cgi-system/php.cgi
I thought it was a PHP error, so I compiled my own PHP and tinkered around with that, but to no avail.
I’m pretty sure it has something to do with erealloc(). When I used my own PHP script, it would give me the same error, but with emalloc().
If anyone can give me ANY clue what’s going wrong (or better yet how to fix it), I would be very appreciative.
