Email [SERVERBUG] after account suspension

Hi,
My account was suspended due to bad credit card. I’ve used another card and my account is back online, but I’m having issues with my email (websites are all ok).

Thunderbird won’t connect, reporting an Internal Server Error. I can log in through webmail, but test messages sent from another account do not show up. Outbound mail seems to work fine.

Any ideas?
