How long does support usually take if contacted through the control panel support feature on an average of course. Wish they had phone support it just comforts the customer.
I think it depends on how complicated the question is, or if it’s an easy fix, or whatever. I put a ticket in two days ago when the que was up at 600+ and had a response in about 20 min. Other times it’s taken a couple of hours…
The last two support tickets I’ve placed remained untouched for over 24 hours, regardless of queue size. I’m not really happy about it.
