Email responder


On my site, when guests request information sent to them it says message sent, but I never receive their request in my email??


There are two things I’d check right away - make sure it’s being sent to the correct email address - and if that is the case check your junk and spam folders - I had a month worth of requests in my spam box the first time i set up my WP site :slight_smile: As always if you want us to take a more detailed look into your account just hit up our support team here and they’ll look into it right away!
