I want the email to redirect, but that is not working. Does anybody see what I am doing wrong?
It sounds like you have the process correct, but without looking at your specific configuration we can't really determine the actual problem. If you send this to our Support team (via the web panel, or firstname.lastname@example.org), though, they can take a look at the account and hopefully spot what the problem is.
Make sure to mention what happens, too (for example, if you get any bounces or anything).
