Email problems upset customer

My customer has been getting errors on his email for the past two days. It says timed out. I see no service alerts referring to a problem. He is getting impatient and I can’t remember the PW for his account to look at the webmail.domain page.

What can I do???

Apparently the problem is solved. His timed out errors stopped when he disabled Norton from scanning his emails for visrus’s.
I suggested he try uping his time out period and see if that takes care of his problem and allows him to scan his email.
