Email problem

I am having a problem with one of my domain emails going to my outlook express. I don’t receive emails, but I can send emails out. I can get emails through webmail, but would like to have them going to my outlook of course.
the error says:
Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems or inactivity… pop3, server response: OK435 octets follow., port 110, secure (ssl) No, error number 0x800CCC0F
All of my other domain mails going to my outlook express are doing ok.
Any suggestions I could try are appreciated,

Something else I noticed now, in the web admin panel, Email Addresses, all addresses are listed with the line ‘O MB/2560MB’ in green, except the one address that does not get delivered to my outlook, the line is not written in green but in black.

Is this the wrong forum to have this problem posted?
