Email "Message Not Delivered" persists

Every time I’m sending an email (from multiple domain names, not just one) I get the notice:
Message not delivered Your message couldn’t be delivered to username@mydomain.com because the remote server is misconfigured. See technical details below for more information.

These are the details:

The response from the remote server was:
554 5.7.1 username@mydomain.com: Recipient address rejected: Access denied
