Email Issues

I have email through dreamhost and it has been working just fine for quite some time. Recently, when a few specific people try to send me an email, they get the error message below (even though I can send them messages just fine). I changed some things and took out email addresses to make it more anonymous, let me know if more info is required to diagnose the issue.

I had a similar problem on Saturday.

I was using SendGrid to email notifications from batch processes to an address on one of my DH domains. At 4:21 AM PST I successfully sent an email. An hour later, SendGrid received an “address rejected: Access denied” error and flagged the receiving address to drop all subsequent emails.

I sent a support request on Monday and was told that it was a SendGrid issue. I haven’t had time to take the issue to SendGrid, but now I’m less inclined to think that it was on their side… particularly since I also encountered the Process Watcher issue on Monday (more on that in bobocat’s thread)
