Email down, site down, no way to contact support?

Frustration here.

My greendel.org site is down.

My email (alan@greendel.org) is not recognized.

There appears to be no way to contact any support except through the “panel” which I cannot get into as the email is not recognized.

What do I do?

Hmmm if it try for “tech support” it seems to say I have to use the panel, which I can’t get to.

I tried “other” and think I was able to send a message.
