Email down after server move

Anyone else experiencing this?

Did this account used to have its Mailbox in its home directory? This is the only way I can see a server move impacting your mail account. If so, something needs to be updated/refreshed by Support.


Same thing here for some accounts. Support has not yet written back / fixed… ugh.
