I am working on creating a few email addresses for a website and have come across a question.
As I create new addresses, is it possible to have an address book or directory that auto-magically includes new email addresses into a database or list? I want my users to be able to search for other users on the same domain without needing to know the exact address.
Also, is it possible to setup groups for email users to belong in? For example: Supervisor, Manager, Bosses, Workforce?
Just trying to get a feel for the capabilities and/or options to make the email more friendly.
