E-Mail not doownloading

I am not able to d/l/ my e-mail. I get the following message. Any suggestions? Thanks

Looks like a server failure to me. Perhaps it is just on one message - you could workaround by finding which message from the log (it it most likely the first or last message IME), logging in with e.g. www.mail2web.com, and deleting that message.
