E-mail Is Being Moved To My Spam Folder Despite Being Set To 999

All of the sudden e-mail messages ore going to my Junk Mail folder despite having filtering disabled. This seems to have started happening in the past few weeks, and is suddenly getting worse. In the last few days all, e-mails from Netflix have started going into that folder (they never have before) along with messages from long-time correspondents. None of the settings on my computer have changed—I don’t have spam filtering on on any custom rules.

Here’s what my settings look like.
