About 11:45am this morning, i was told that our company e-mail was not working. I had been in our warehouse most of the morning working on inventory issues. So I start to troubleshoot and long story short, i can e-mail myself, but no e-mails are going out or in.
I contact Godaddy since we have the domain through them. They tell me that our e-mail is being hosted through dreamhost.
I have been with our company for just over a year. I'm in charge of the Admin, Finance, HR, and IT. I'm needing to login to our dreamhost account; however, I do not have any credentials to do so. The people who setup our accounts with dreamhost are no longer with the company.
I was wanting to call support but I quickly learned that you cannot call dreamhost. You send in a message and they will get back to you. In the meantime, our e-mail is still down.
This is a shot in the dark, but i'm hoping someone can help.
