Downgrading Service

If I downgrade my service, does the difference in cost get credited back to my credit card, or is it credited toward my service (i.e. I would get more months at the lower service price)?

the difference is generally credited to your account towards future charges. you could contact the billing / customer support team if you want to make other arrangements, they’re generally pretty accomodating (within reason :>).
