Domain Transfer Rejected

#1

I initiated a Domain Transfer to DreamHost but the transfer was rejected because the domain was protected by TransferGuard lock (used by BulkRegister).

I have since REMOVED the TransferGuard lock on this Domain.

HOW DO I GO ABOUT RE-INITIATING THIS DOMAIN TRANSFER TO DREAMHOST?

you should be able to just put in a new transfer request, yes?

If I start a completely NEW transfer, I assume that I will have to pay a second time ($9.95). If this is the case, I don’t think this is fair, since NO TRANSFER (& NO REGISTRATION) took place the first time!

Most decent registrars don’t charge for unsuccessful transfers. You should contact support of the gaining registrar (DreamHost here), tell them you have unlocked the domain at your old/losing registrar, and ask them to re-initiate the transfer request. Hope this helps.

I have contacted DreamHost Support more than 29 hours ago, without any reply! I assume that with 682 Open Requests, some Requests have higher priority than mine!
