Domain name not working

I registered the domain name about a week ago, and it’s still not up. Who should I contact to fix this? The automated support doesn’t have an option for domain names that aren’t up.

In addition to registering the domain, did you ever add/setup hosting for it?

It looks like the domain is properly configured, so if it is not responding, you should co to the Control Panel -> Domains -> Manage Domains screen and make sure that it is listed as a “hosted” domain.

If not, just “add” it and it should be up in just a few minutes, as DNS appears to already be updated.

Yikes! You are absolutely correct! It was intended to read “now” (but it is “too late” for me to edit it). Thanks for catching that and pointing it out!
