Domain manager OpenSRS

#1

HELP! I can’t get access to the domain manager at OpenSRS. Everytime I try to log on I get an error page with the message “Authentication Error”. I need to make some changes to my domain (planperfect.com) and get it renewed before the end of March. I hope someone has the answers I’m looking for. Thanks.

You should just use http://www.domainitron.com for this instead of opensrs actually!

Although we currently resell opensrs (we are ICANN-accredited now and working on the new back-end to switch over), you cannot use their management system for domains registered through us.

josh!

I need someone to resolve this matter ASAP!

I went to domainitron.com, There is no link to modify server names. Here is a string of past emails:

There is no [ Modify Name Servers ] link on the page! Go and check.

Hello Francis,

Once at domainitron.com you want to be sure that you are clicking on
"[ Modify Name Servers ]" NOT just modify.

Try again and make sure that under “Current Domain” it has the name of
your domain planperfect.com. If you continue to have problems let us
know and we will be happy to help you out.

Thanks!
Vida

Hi Sarah,

I went to www.domainitron.com, but I was still not able to change the name of
my servers. The instructions at domainitron said to click on modify, which I
did and that link took me back to my DreamHost account panel. Their is
nowhere to modify my domain at the panel. Domainitron also said that I would
need to change this info at the registrar where my domain was registered.
I’m confused, It was registered at OpenSRS, my whois says OpenSRS, but you
sent me to Domainitron which seems to have my domain. Can you please check
into all this and straighten this mess out and let me know what’s going on?

Thanks,
Francis

login to www.domainitron.com with your Dreamhost webid and password.

If you need anything else just let us know.

Thanks!
