Document management

I work with a number of blogs and websites that share hundreds of documents. I don’t want to store any of the documents with a particular blog or website in case one would want to move or close.

I need a secure location to place all the documents with the ability to create links on any of the websites/blogs.

igoogle might be the easiest … but, is there something I can do inside Dreamhost - just to keep things neatly consolidated and organized for the next person?
