Disk usage?

When I go to the disk usage section of the status page, it shows that I have no disk space purchased on the plan (as opposed to the 20 gigs we’ve paid for), and claims that we’ll be charged over $80.


Anybody know what’s going on with this?

Check your account in the Control Panel. Under Billing -> Manage Account, it should tell you which plan you’re on, and how much disk space you’re supposed to get.

Then check Manage Users to see how much space your user(s) have.

If things still look messed up, submit a ticket to Support.
