I received an automatically generated e-mail that states my disk space limit is at 92%. When I checked the web-based e-mail, there isn’t anything there…all of the e-mail appears to have been removed from the server as directed by Outlook. What’s going on??? Is there somewhere else that I have to check?
Thanks! I found the problem. The e-mail was being stored in “old-messages,” and the reason why I couldn’t find it is because there wasn’t a subscription to the folder.
Okay…that didn’t work either. There is still 48 MB worth of e-mail being stored somewhere, and I can’t find it.
