Disk limits

#1

Hello,

I have a full hosting account.

I can’t find how to set the limit for each domain.

I hope somebody can help me.

Thanks in advance,
Fabian

You set disk quotas on a per user basis

Click Edit next to the user and you’ll see Limit total disk usage on the following page.

I did it but I have not the option Limit total disk usage … :s

That’s how you can tell who the old farts are. They tell you to go to where it used to be.

Even though there are hints of disk quotas, it appears that you can no longer set one. Probably because you’re on an Unlimited plan where there are no quotas. Why do you wish to set one?

Ahh! I didn’t realise there are Panel differences with the unlimited accounts.

Yes, I have an unlimited account.

I host a lot of domains and I need to limit the space for each one.

As it’s an Unlimited plan, you’re not going to get dinged for using up gobs of space.

That said, you might try setting up some disk usage scripts that send out email warnings when the user exceeds a specific limit.
