Disaster moving to DreamHost PS

I got an email on Sunday saying that DH moved us to our new private server (PS). Today, after receiving numerous complaints from our customers stating our website was down, I logged into our ftp server and all of our files are gone!

Please DreamHost have a backup and please respond to help us figure out what to do next.

P.S. I’ve filed ticket #3336231 about 8 hours ago explaining the problem as well.
