Yesterday DH have bounced legit mail to me, claiming (falsely) "user unknown".
Anyone else finding the same?
No reply from Support yet, except the new 'sorry we didn't reply in 24 hrs'
It seems I was not the only one affected:

We had a problem w/ the home directory structure on the mail clusteryour on. Some mai was bounced unfortunatley. We apologize for this.l
