Hello - I need to delete support history because of sensitive information and will be transferring account. How do I do this?

It’s not possible, sXi. However what we can do is have the new owner receiving the account create their own panel login, and upon request, we can manually assign their login/web ID to be the new owner of the existing account. Then the new owner can take over everything but the support history from that point on.
