Just looking for some additional help since all my clients are calling me about not getting their email this morning. I do have a ticket into support, but when 30 minutes past and clients wondering where their email is I thought I would turn to the forums – for guidance or comfort.
Looks like all the mail going to my dedicated server is failing to get here. I am getting a lookup failure when trying to email with my domain email. I am able to access webmail, but there is nothing there and that just doesn’t happen as there is always at least spam.
Any words of wisdom from anyone?
I am getting my email at email@example.com, so if you don’t mind if you have words of wisdom send there.
Geez, just glad this didn’t happen on Monday. Ugh!
