Cut your losses… Run for the hills… or at least to another provider.
We have had nothing but problems with DH. We purchased the largest package… and PAID for the full year in advance (shame on us) - AND we are leaving.
DH just does not seem to care. If you have been with DH for at least the past 6 - 8 months, I’m sure you have seen the support tickets CLIMB.
That, combined with all the outages lately, should be the que for anyone to run… and run fast before the next outage… and of course the weak apology.
