Customer Service is Prompt and Helpful

Since this forum is for potential customers I wanted to weigh in with my positive experience to counterbalance some of the complaints on this forum.

I signed up a week ago and earlier today my account was suspended so I was browsing the forum looking for assistance and saw some complaints about the disabling of accounts and wondered if I had made such a good choice in my host after all.

Glen responded promptly to my service request, told me what the issue was and how to resolve it and my account was up and running again very quickly - I now have added respect for Dreamhost’s protection of their customers and their reputation.

I’ve been a DH customer for over a year now? I’ve only had a few issues and the resolution was always quick.
