Yes, you can do that. However the procedure is a little tricky.
The basic procedure is to add A-Records to your domains DNS records, pointing nsX.f5ive.net to the IP addresses of the DreamHost name servers.
ns1 A 22.214.171.124
ns2 A 126.96.36.199
ns3 A 188.8.131.52
Note that the IP addresses of the DreamHost name servers may change in the future, so you will need to keep on top of that and update the DNS records as required.
Of-course, after the A-Records are added and active, you will need to change the name servers configured for your domain from nsX.dreamhost.com to nsX.f5ive.net. If I recall correctly, there is an extra confirmation step when doing this, where you have to re-enter the relevant IP addresses.
Edit: The above assumes you want to continue using the dreamhost.com name servers and just want the nsX.f5ive.net 'name servers' to re-direct to these. If I have misunderstood your question, please disregard this post.
