I was uploading the Genesis Title Toggle widget and got this:

Warning: require_once(/home/ppuck17/prestonmccracken.com/wp-content/plugins/genesis-title-toggle.php_/lib/metabox/init.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/ppuck17/prestonmccracken.com/wp-content/plugins/genesis-title-toggle.php_/genesis-title-toggle.php on line 177

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘/home/ppuck17/prestonmccracken.com/wp-content/plugins/genesis-title-toggle.php_/lib/metabox/init.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/local/lib/php:/usr/local/php5/lib/pear’) in /home/ppuck17/prestonmccracken.com/wp-content/plugins/genesis-title-toggle.php_/genesis-title-toggle.php on line 177

When I try to go to my site, this is all I get.
Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Preston

It appears you installed the plugin incorrectly.

If I look on your site, I see /wp-content/plugins/genesis-title-toggle.php_ (this is a folder, oddly)

That should have been installed as a full plugin folder, not that oddly named setup

I’m presuming you wanted this one? http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/genesis-title-toggle/

Go in and delete /wp-content/plugins/genesis-title-toggle.php_ and then install the plugin via WP’s built in installer. You should be okay.

Thanks for getting to me so quickly.
I am new at this and not sure where to “go in” at.

No problem  You’ll need to log in to your server via FTP: http://wiki.dreamhost.com/FTP

We have a WebFTP tool you can use off your panel: https://webftp.dreamhost.com/

If you don’t know the userid/password, you’ll need to look on your panel: http://wiki.dreamhost.com/FTP#Locating_the_Correct_FTP_User

I was able to get to the genesis-title-toggle.php folder, but was unable to delete it.
The delete key did nothing & when I dragged it to the waste basket, “can not be deleted.”

It looks like it’s deleted now and you have the correct folder in there. Is it working?

Thanks a bunch for your help.
