"Could not upload item"

Why when I try to upload a file to my server I get:

Could not upload item
Server closed connection.

I’ve only used 750mb of the available 2.5gb of space

Any ideas?

Perhaps you have hit the limit specifically for that user.

How could that be…my stats show 750mb of space used out of the 2500mb available…I’m the only user on there.

anyone? dreamhost still hasn’t got back to me on this issue yet

It can happen if Users > Users (sic!) > Edit , [] “Restrict disk usage to” is checked.
