Correct SPF for dreamhost discussion list

#1

What is the correct SPF TXT DNS record for a dreamhost-hosted discussion list sub-domain?

Suppose my domain is mydomain.org.uk: the IP address of lists.mydomain.org.uk is 64.90.62.203.

Do I just add a DNS TXT record of v=spf1 ip4:64.90.62.203 ~all to lists.mydomain.org.uk?

Background:

I recently setup my first dreamhost/mailman discussion list on a domain for a small community group. Many of my users aren’t receiving email sent through the list and they’re not appearing in spam folders either. The users who aren’t receiving the emails all use BT (British Telecom) as their ISP and have email addresses like someone@btinternet.com.

Searching through BT’s website suggests they require SPF records to be set for the mail sender’s domain:
