Copy database and delete database problem

Hey there,
I have 2 issues.

  1. I can’t copy a database, it says the user has no privileges. I created the user to have every privilege but once I am logged in with a user to the Web Administration, it won’t let me Copy a database to a new one. Let alone create a new one, but I know I can do that from the Web Panel, but I need to be able to copy the entire structure of my database. Please help!

  2. I created 2 database in Web Administration, I don’t want them no more, so from the Web Panel I deleted them. They no longer show up on the Web Panel, but everytime I go into Web Administration they are still there.
