Control Panel Malfunctioning :S

Hey, just wondered if anybody else out there is having very odd problems with their control panel? All the drop down menus are missing (on the left) from mine and it appears like alot of the .gif files are missing :S

Update: It appears the host which serves the Control Panel images is down. I have sent a support ticket to notify the DH team, please do not send any more.

i personally sent about 300 support requests on this :stuck_out_tongue:

Im kidding…im too busy writing in the forums to worry about the web panel ;)…i was just a bit worried though, because, i know with a previous host i used, I saw something like that initially and than all of a sudden, some hackers vandalized the panel

So, they haven’t answered your support ticket since you sent it. That doesn’t mean that they’ve ceased to answer support tickets. I think you should consider learning more about the support ticket system.

I didn’t call you idiot. I had no intentions to. Since I had no time to explain the ticket system, I suggested, “I think you should consider learning more about the support ticket system.”

The main thing to keep in mind is that once your ticket is sent, it is routed to a specialist in the field you are requesting. You ticket will either then be answered by that specialist as soon as it shows up at the top of his or her que, or it may be routed to another specialist in a different field. In the mean time, several other specialists may have answered several other questions. It all depends on the severity, complexity, and assignment of your ticket.
