Connection problems? (new, separate thread)

I AM COMPLETELY UNABLE TO ACCESS:
–MY SITE
–MY EMAIL
–MY WEBMAIL

i have sent all manner of things to support and have recieved no answer, until recently, when briefly I received mail via webmail but only from the auto response.

now, i am unable even to access webmail for my account.

I am aware that the problem may be my acct. However, since my account is paid up I see no reason that there be any problem with my account.

I do not have time to spend the day following up on this but it is very important that my access be restored, as I really need to recieve email at my address in next week or so. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. This problem has been going on for over 24 hours, which is inexcusable.

Can someone please help me or at least tell me what the problem might be.

This is a separate issue, so I’m moving it to a new thread.

Looks like your domain is expired, or else expired and was renewed.

Record expires on 12-Jul-2004.
Record created on 13-Jul-1998.
Database last updated on 20-Jul-2004 14:38:19 EDT.

If you haven’t already renewed the domain with its registrar (Network Solutions, in this case), you should do so.
