CHMOD Break tru!

#1

i had problems with a simple perl script, due to the 755 chmod. I was’nt able to fix it using command lines, instead using WS_FTP, a free very effective FTP tool. I right clicked the file i wanted to chmod and pressed ‘chmod(UNIX)’ then tick Under owner:Read ,Write ,Execute. Group: Read, Execute .Other:Read, Execute. It will work, well only for chmod problems anyway. I notice most of the posts here never mentioned this and i think it should be. well its here now is’nt it?
Ps:Make sure there are’t and script problems 1st. I used a tool called Perl Express to debug scripts.

Glad you figure that out! I’m not exactly a programmer, so I’ve been using that only all along.
