When I click on my domain name under status to check it’s stats, a box pops up asking me for my name and password. No matter what combination of these I use - email or regular login, original assigned password or the one I changed it to - the box simply resets itself twice, then tells me I’m not authorized to view the document. Can anyone help me with this?
Do you have a valid ‘stats user’ for that domain?
To add a ‘stats user’, go to Status -> Statistics in the panel, then click on the Users link for the relevant domain. You can then add/edit the ‘stats users’.
