/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi

Hi, new to the hosting stuffs. I have recently set up ftp and mysql access to a single domain out of the many that I have hosted on DH to a dev. I set it up following the Account Priveleges How-To http://wiki.dreamhost.com/Account_Privileges .
The the only files on the ftp are a custom coming soon index.html and .css page. The domain name has been set up with an outside registrar with the A record being changed to point to the hosted files. But when the address is type into the browser, it is redirected to a /cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi

eg. http://www.muscleplus.co.nz is being redirected to http://www.muscleplus.co.nz/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi

Why is it doing this, and how do I stop it from doing this?

Ok thats random, seems to be working now without anything being done. Caching issue maybe, I don’t know.
