Can't Send emails from Outlook

Yesterday I stopped being able to send emails from outlook. My email just stays in the the Outbox. I made no changes to Outlook or to DreamHost, it just stopped working.

I use When I test the account, Outlook gives me the error about not being able to connect to SMTP server.

Try setting the outbound port to 587. Your ISP may have decided to close off outbound port 25.

Scott, Outlook 2007 won’t let me change the outbound port. It’s set to 25, and won’t accept editing. Any thoughts?
