Can't Make a Payment

Server message states my account was disabled today. I went in to update my payment info and make a payment and got this message:

We’re sorry, but you may not make a payment to this account at this time.
You may only make payments on approved accounts.

What gives? I need to get my sites back up!

Hi, I just pinged the team to which the ticket was assigned. The account was disabled a month ago, and you should be able to see the email explaining why in your account under the Support tickets.

My account was disabled today, not a month ago, and I would like to pay what is owed, but it won’t allow me! What is going on?

Your ticket’s been moved to people in accounts/chargebacks, since I don’t have the authority to mess with that for you. It’s the best I can do right now. :frowning:
